β β β β β Im a contractor and builder, when I see a sample of the product we expect the real product to be the same as the sample. I had to do a 500sf hardwood floor project, but the issue was the color and the finish of their product was horrible we can only use 25% of what we purchase so we end up buying 2000sf for a 500sf project. The quality of these are unacceptable.

I am a company that offers hardwood floor installations. I went to buy wood from Simba. They asked me if I had a PST number and I said no because I donβt sell. It is a one off situation where I need to supply wood. They said Iβll have to go through their supplier. Their supplier is Titan Flooring. Titan Flooring charged me GST and PST on top of the GST and PST that Simba charged him. Upon investigation I learnt that Titan Flooring does not even have a PST number. I asked Simba for the invoices that they charged Titan Flooring they refused to give them to me. I also questioned that how is it they are selling to a company that they recommend and that company does not even have a PST however, they refuse to sell me. These people are scam artists and they charge you more by collaborating with their fraudulent partners. Donβt buy from them.
