The Quality Awnings and Signs team did an outstanding job, not only on manufacturing and installing the signage for my business, but in handling the permit process as well. I highly recommend them!

Very interesting employees. At first they are very nice and happy to work with you, but start complaining and yelling over the phone at the first bit of problems. Very rude at the end, hung up on the customer! I had questions in regards to the final invoice and they ignore my questions and emails and call up their lawyer to threaten me. If you do work with them, make sure you don't work with anyone by the name of Tony. There are 2, the Chinese guy is the owner and the Caucasian guy is in sales. They don't explain clearly during the process which fees are what, so the initial promised fees are sometimes very different by the end and can be off by the thousands. So make sure you call them up once a week to meet with their sales to make sure nothing has been added to the equation. You can request their services along the way since signages are a pretty long process and things come up, but make sure you know the price of every single thing because these guys will charge you to oblivion.

Quality Signs delivered beautiful signs to my company. Their workmanship is outstanding, the team meticulously made our logo letters look like real gold and took the time to cut out some highly detailed work.

We purchased business assets and needed the awning on the building changed. After recieving a few quotes from multiple companies. We decided to go with Quality Awning based on the high rating on google but should have check further as I can see now our sales rep, Ken, was one of the reviewers. We informed the sales rep the urgency of getting the awning replaced as we need this done before we can open for business. We asked for a timeline but Ken said they were closing for 2 weeks for winter holiday but assured us they would do it as soon as possible. They took a 50% deposit. After they reopened in the new year I emailed them for a follow up. They said it may take a little longer due to weather but they are still trying to get it done as soon as possible. We even gave permission for them to remove the awning and reskin it at the warehouse and wait for a good day. 2 weeks go by and they never removed the awning and no emails or timeline was provided. I sent another email and now they are saying there were other orders ahead of us but they will try to get it done soon. After waiting a couple more weeks with no emails or follow up, we contacted one of the other awning providers we had a quote from and they said they can replace the awning within 7 days. I emailed Ken to cancel our order and get our deposit refunded as we were going with the other company. He told us he can cancel the order but they would only refund the deposit minus $400 for artwork. We had provided our design files to them and they put it on a template which I feel shouldn't cost $400. The other company completed our new awning within a week. Quality Awning completedly wasted our time and money. I would not recommend them.

I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the work done by Quality Awning and Signs. My direct contact was through Clara Chau who attended to all my needs in a very timely manner. Any questions or concerns, I was able to contact her and things would be take care of. Very happy with this company's service and quality in work.

They use very high quality materials for all their products and are very thorough with their work. I have never been disappointed with the results from Quality Awning and always recommend them to my friends.
