K	Kristy Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently replaced our carpet with flooring and were very pleased with the service we received from End of the Roll Richmond (EORR), we dealt with Mark and Jordan at EORR, and they were very helpful with suggestions and information on the styles of flooring as well as the installation process. Once our floors were selected we dealt with Chris Kelsie and his installation team, Chris came for a site visit and ran us through the schedule for installation, the plan was for 5 days to install and Chris and his team finished in 3 days, we were suitably impressed. The new floors look amazing and we would definitely recommend EORR (Mark, Jordan and Chris) to anyone who needs carpet/flooring installed.

The install went perfectly thanks to Chris Kelsie and his team, they showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, and worked really hard to ensure we very happy with the result - and they cleaned up really well too. We HIGHLY recommend EORR!

Also love that they let you browse the store without following you around. No pressure; no hassle. I was able to try out a sample size of the rug I wanted at home before determining that the colors etc would work in my space. Highly recommend! Thank you Zul and rest of staff!

It was my choice to wait it out and I called once in awhile to find out the status. Finally, in early November I decided to just switch to another carpet. In order to do that, I looked at some of the carpets in house and was taking my time with photos. laying them on the floor off to the side, etc. as I wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. I don't know who the sales guy was, but he really seemed irritated that I was taking so long to choose. The one guy who was usually at the desk was always really nice and helpful, but this other guy basically said I couldn't leave the old order on the books this long and was quite rude. I like my carpet, but the last guy I dealt with wasn't that nice. I wouldn't want to deal with him again as I felt he had lost patience with me, even though I wanted to take time and put thought into a totally new carpet. It's no ones fault the carpet didn't come in, but that last fellow didn't have good people skills. I was really upset at the time, but didn't say anything.
