S	Susan MCCafferty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BED BUGS BED BUGS Visited this location on November 11th. Wish I could give this 0 stars I visited this laundry as my washing machine is waiting for repairs. I will NEVER be back. Came out with 11 bed bug bites. Seems to be isolated to the back large machines. Thankfully I dried all the clothes thoroughly which should hopefully have killed any on my laundry.

If you have allergies forget this place, its a perfume city. quarters work here. the machines say they take 1 and 2 dollar coins. what they mean is that they steal them. dont use loonies or twoonies here.
D	Don Burns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time to report this owner to Revenue Canada. Hear me out. Half the machines don’t work, it’s coins only and the change machine is always broken. The machines that do work often eat the first few coins before recognizing the full amount paid. So you end up over paying. Maintenance is non existent and no doubt the all cash collected is not being recorded as income. Every other laundromat I’ve used has gone to smart cards. This owner has no incentive to have card based records, make capital improvements (a write off) or maintain/clean the machines. Time for a change, time for an audit.
