C	Chris McQuid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally impressed with this company and their products. Were looking to upgrade from a Queen to a King set and thought i'd give Silk & Snow a try. We went with the full foam mattress (have had hybrids in the past from other companies and wasn't a huge fan). I'm a big guy (6'3 280 lbs) so need something comfortable that won't wake everyone up when either me or my better half moves at night - this fit the bill. It's comfortable and huge - I look forward to going to bed every night. Very high quality items and great customer service.

I had never liked the Casper mattress as I found it too firm, but these are just perfect. I have compressed discs in my lower back and this mattress allows me to sleep in pure comfort every night.

The best part of my experience however was when part-way through the order prep/shipping process I realized I should have ordered a larger size bed frame and/or consider their other bed frame options, since shipping hasn’t happened I reached out and while they could not change the order they were able to cancel it and now with my refund I can go and order the bed frame I want. I tend to hit that purchase button a bit quicker than my mind would caution, so of course they had no reason to accommodate this other than goodwill which IS actually very important. I’m glad to see companies/brands being mindful of how important the customer experience is and I’m looking forward to soon placing my bed frame order for the actual frame that is right for me!
D	D W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hybrid Mattress has changed the way I sleep. My back pain has really started to subside since I started sleeping on this mattress. I also find that I am falling asleep much more easily and am waking up feeling much more refreshed. I purchased the Storage Bed Frame in Pebble, which I love! This bed frame has been really helpful for small space living. I also purchased some new bedding which I have been loving. The Muslin duvet over is so soft and cozy and the Flax Linen pillowcases feel super cool and crisp throughout the entire night (which I appreciate as a warm sleeper). I would absolutely recommend all of these products from Silk & Snow to everyone I know!

Since this was our first King size we also purchased the bed frame and bedding - everything is extremely well made, looks beautiful, and is comfortable. The bed frame doesn’t make noise or move when you shift your sleeping position. It was so convenient to get it all in one place! Shipping estimates were accurate and everything arrived when it was supposed to. Everything was easy to set up and it didn’t take long for the foam mattress to de-gas at all (2-3 days). I would highly recommend Silk and Snow’s products to anyone considering a new bed. The process was seamless and we’re very happy with our purchase!

Headboard I moved into a new condo about 4 months ago and was really nervous about buying a new bed especially during lockdown, but my new set up from Silk & Snow has exceeded my expectations. I have never slept better and my room looks amazing. The mattress: SO COMFY. The customer service was also really nice to deal with - especially during a time when I couldn't come in to test out my new furniture. They made the whole process really smooth and helped me determine which mattress would suit me best. Setting up the mattress & bed frame was also really simple which was nice as I had limited space in my new condo to do the setting up and limited help. Overall my experience with Silk & Snow = 10/10

It should probably be a two star but the organic mattress appears to be much better than the hybrid so ill go easy. The refund process is anything but seamless, many many emails back and forth asking for proof of this and that on the mattress. Why do you need all this when the mattress is just being donated? its exhausting for the client. Then I had to argue with you when I said the promo duvet never arrived. Almost like you accusing me of theft? You made me provide video surveillance showing it didn't arrive with Fedex.?? You should of sent the duvet with the mattress. Its not my problem your packer cant understand how to load two items in the truck. AMAZON would never do this or couldn't be bothered. Its hard to buy from anyone other than Amazon their CS cant be matched. You also need to more clearly describe the firmness level on these mattress to avoid this trash refund experience in the first place. Hopefully I get my money back without me having to follow up. We will wait 5 business days.
C	Carrie Grossman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my Flax Linen sheets and Muslin Duvet Cover & Pillowcases. I sleep really hot at night and with this bedding I can actually sleep under the covers. The Muslin material is so soft, which is really nice for a duvet cover because it feels really cozy. The flax Linen feel a lot more breathable than the bedding I have used in the past. I have the Oat and Marble White linens and these colours look really nice in my neutral bed room. I definitely recommend this bedding.
