★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I am terribly afraid of the dentist but i had no choice to go. They were friendly as soon as they answer the phone and work with you for dates and very sensitive towards my anxiety. I cried like a big baby and they were very kind. They make you feel comfortable at all times. Would definitely keep going back, as long as they let me...lol...the use sedation. Which I chose 100% keep in mind it is a bit expensive, bit worth it. They will work with you for that as well. Thank you very much everyone at Sierra Springs Dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first visited Sierra Springs only yesterday. My experience was completely positive. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Patel and you could not meet a nicer man, he explained everything to me completely and I felt comfortable with him right away. If you need a dentist this is the office to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in search of a new dentist as I recently moved to Alberta and received a leaflet in the mail so I decided to try them. Roberta was amazing and so warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I did not get the other woman’s name as she was part of our discussion and offered me an appointment right then and there which saved me so much time and a future trip out that way. I was greeted kindly and immediately by the 2 dental assistants, Hollis & a new person who was just as delightful to deal with as everyone else was. I was then sent for my cleaning which sadly, was not a pleasant experience for me however on my way out, I provided my feedback to Roberta and without hesitation, she immediately offered a solution based on my best interest and corrected any issues received from my insurance provider. Thank you to the remarkable staff for making me feel like I’m already a valued customer as I will most definitely be returning your way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of my best experience in this place today. I had appointment for cleaning and honestly I think it was the best cleaning I ever had. I was really satisfied. It was a very clean and well equipped place. They also offered me a complementary examination by a good dentist. And at last when there was some complication for payment, the lady over the counter was so helpful and very respectfully managed my problem. Also she asked the manager who kindly passed the amount of discussion. I was very grateful of all the system today and I will come back there for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time calling this Dentist and making an appointment. To my surprise they got me in same day because I had an emergency for my son. They were so helpful. Dr. Patel and his assistant were so nice to my son and patient that I was so happy. I booked my other two kids right away with the same Doctor. My first experience was amazing. I recommend them for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location has great staff that is caring and understanding. They don't make you feel judged or like you are just another person to deal with. I was able to go here a few days ago. They have great payment options available. I would like to strongly recommend that they change the chairs in the waiting area. Medium or large people could not possibly fit in the chairs and my mother was too embarrassed to ask for a larger chair. If you get chairs with no arm rests you could solve this problem. I really want to give a 5 star review but unless the chairs are changed I can not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first moment we (as a family) walked in the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and greetings (excellent customer service). All of the staff that we encountered during our first visit, were exceptional as they were all very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We recently moved to the area and had a lot of anxiety in transferring to a new dental office but we knew right away that we made the right decision and would highly recommend them. Thank you for welcoming us and making us feel at ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Dr. Laura for a couple of years now. She is by far the best dentist I’ve been too as I have some pretty beat up teeth. Recently I had a root canal and prep for a crown. I’d have to say, when she’s in there, she is in her element. Extremely fast, all business and very professional. I was in for a cleaning the same day and the girl I had doing the scraping, stain removal was excellent. I’m not one to be fond of any dentist visits but this place is very good for what has to be done. It is what it, a lot of small tools while her staff is very skilled and talented. I highly recommend
