I immediately felt comfortable and more at ease with the process knowing I had very knowledgeable and reasonable people working on my behalf. They made the process as straight forward and stress free as possible, and always kept me in the know of everything happening and likely to happen. They were a pleasure to work with through an otherwise difficult process.

I approached them to help me out with a landlord and tenants tribunal case, so they assigned one of there paralegals to my case (Martin) and I am not sure why as he knew nothing about LTB act. When I questioned Martin about his lack of knowledge, he bowed out and referred me to another paralegal (I paid his fee of $286 roughly) I then met with Eric Daniel from this same company, it was a short meeting and I left him with all the documentation he asked for and told me he would review my case and get back to me asap (I also paid him roughly $286). I waited for 2 weeks and then I finally called him and left him several messages I did not get a call back. I then got tired of waiting, so I called the receptionist and she told me that he no longer worked for this company. At this time I had one week left before the LTB Tribunal and I had to scramble to find another paralegal at a different lawyers office to represent me in my case. (I paid over $300 this time, but finally got some good advice. I have been after Sicotte and Guilbault now for close to 10 months for a full refund of my money and still nothing. THIS MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED, THANK YOU MICHEL SICOTTE.

Our closing date was June 15 with the Lawyer lucien Brisbois on the day of the closing we could not find lucien. we tried to contact him multiple times with no answer. only three weeks later we're able to reach him and sign the documents for the closing. I thought everything was over but Lucien never sent the documents over to the bank. We had to contact him and ask if he sent them documents over finally, he did, but they were incomplete. For two month the back tried to contact Him including us and he would never response to our email or call we could not get a hold of him or his assistance. Now mind you we had already paid him for his service. We only got thing going once we informed the other partners on how poorly this case is being handle by Lucien. Then he sent us a rude email about us complaining to his partner, suggesting that we should have been happy with his service and how he just brush us off everything we ask him questions. Overall, I have lost all confidence in this law firm especially Lucien Brisebois. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GET A GOOD LAWYER !!!!!!!!!

Michel Sicotte and Jacy Hampson were great and provided us everything we needed in a timely manner. We were first time home buyers and they explained everything to us with a smile. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
J	Jonn Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible firm. Specifically Karen Pelletier. She's the worst family lawyer you can ever ask for. I got screwed over so much because of her lack of knowledge. They also messed up on my final bill and they started a legal proceeding against me to recoup their funds even after I had explained how their firm cost me much more than that. They are by far, the worst and you've been warned.

Karen demonstrated her knowledge and professionalism in Family Law to skillfully negotiate a fully satisfactory divorce settlement for my son. It is not a pleasant process, but the congeniality that Karen demonstrated allowed us all to have a few smiles and laughs along the way. I strongly recommend this firm and specifically Karen, for any Family law issues, contrary to the inaccurate review, (in my opinion), recorded by Jonn Doe ? on this site.
