★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being married for 15 years and having 3 kids together, separating was not easy. We didn't know where to start and we didn't even know how. We found one stop shopping at this centre. We had been through counselling elsewhere and were always more than frustrated when counsellors would look at the clock and say "times up... see you next week". The qualified, dedicated and caring people at Clarity gave us the space, time and tools to deal with our unique situation in a customized and effective way. We were able to separate with less impact on our kids and by healing our selves individually. It was very helpful to have qualified professionals who do so much more than counselling. Workshops, mediation, and access to numerous qualified people and resources .... we were in good hands for sure. I would recommend this place to anyone faced with relationship challenges or at any stage of divorce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the SDRC to seek help when we were thinking about separation. Diane was very helpful and helped me get focused and to calm down so that I would be in a good position to make right decisions for myself and my family. She actually had me do her 12 week Relationship Rebuilding that was a God send. It was so good on helping me see what was going on with me and with my husband that I could take more ownership for my role in what was not going well.
I think it is so good, I have recommended that my young adult daughters consider taking it too. This program helps you become aware of things that operate in your life that can have you doing things that are not supportive of what you want to live. The relationship blueprint process in itself was very helpful in helping me understand all sorts of relationships I am in.
In the end, we have had to use a lawyer rather than a mediator but the SDRC was able to hook me up with on that they partner with so it served as a one stop shop for all the help I need while going through this major life transition. Very very helpful.

This course is for EVERYONE, how to know yourself better and take responsibility in your own life. Both men and women of all ages and relationship status learn how to connect the dots and fill in the blanks of what they are doing and most importantly, who they are, what matters, what works, and what doesn’t. Diane has a wealth of knowledge she shares in a fun and empowering way that helped me realize who I am and what I want and don’t want in a relationship. I highly recommend Diane and her rebuilding workshop so you can take back your life!

I had so many concerns and questions all of which were quickly addressed by the very well informed staff on hand.... any time I called somebody was there to instruct and guide me through the process. Someone was always there to lend an ear to address my constant fears and concerns.
