★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! I emailed this company asking for a quote for a service they list on their website and received a curt “this is not something we do” in response. When I pointed out that they list it as a service on their website, the response was “I didn’t know this was something we do”. After 2 days waiting for a quote they replied and told me they could not print the job due to “copy write” issues. Teach your staff what services you offer and what the restrictions are. Thankfully I found someone else to print the job rather than waiting for them or I would not have received my job in time.

After speaking with a few competitors that I had come across first, I was not hopeful about getting the job done. When I spoke to Justin, his approach was all about HOW we could do it. He was creative with his suggestions and even recommended an approach that met my budget. Very happy with the service and will recommend Regimbal to everyone going forward.
