I found this place on Google and read the reviews provided by Google reviews. At first I was super skeptical because of Alex B.'s former review of this place, but I decided it wouldn't hurt to review this place. The person that picked up was super friendly and was able to answer all my questions and give me a price quote over the phone. At the end of the conversation I point blank asked the associate about the negative review and she was able to speak to it in a professional and understanding manner. She explained their side of the story and I was able to make a more informed judgement call on this business. I decided to give them a try. When I walked in, the staff were very friendly. The first associate helped me with my design, but more senior staff (Theresa) took over because my graphic needed to be slightly altered because of the colour of shirt that I chose. She did the corrections on a computer in front of me and was very transparent with what she was doing, contrary to what Alex was accusing them of. She got my input and feedback throughout the interaction and only proceeded when I agreed. I also got a discount because I was ordering from a non-profit and the order came super fast! It was about 4:45 pm on a Friday afternoon and the 4 shirts that I needed were done by 6:15 pm. The final products were excellent and even better than what I had expected (they didn't use a cheap heat press that many companies use as a quick buck). The staff here are super professional and very warm and welcoming. All my questions were answered and they were able to show me exactly what they were going to do in front of me. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get shirts printing. It is a very central location, good hours of operation, and awesome customer service. Alex B's review should be disregarded when thinking about this place. Sometimes mistakes are made, but an entire business should not be completely disregarded just because of one bad interaction. It's like with all you can eat sushi... sometimes a customer goes at the wrong time and they have terrible service and unfresh fish, but every other time there is fresh sushi and fast service. You can't let one outlier interaction ruin a company which Alex is trying to do with his unfair post that was not an accurate representation of their consistent, overall service that they give on a daily basis. His inflammatory review reveals more about himself as a poor customer that is unable to accurately portray situations than it does to the deficiency of the business.

I had a special shirt made for my son 3 years ago and I can tell you that to date the shirt looks great and we wash it a least twice a month. the quality is great the service is kind and prices are on par. Service at the counter can be slow but that's because they can get busy.

I have been doing business at Carlos Graphics for over one year and have had approximately 500 hats embroidered over the course of this year. Recently I brought in a batch of hats to have the exact same design embroidered. Upon picking up the order, it was discovered that the design was not "exactly" as before (image was slightly smaller, colour of threads was different). This was understandable since the person who originally did all the embroidery has left and there was a new person who was in charge of the embroidery. All I asked was that we note the differences so the next batch can be made exactly the same as before. The real problem occurred when I was given the bill, it was 60% higher than what I previously paid. The explanation was that due to the increase in minimum wage the price had increased from $6 to $10 per hat (there were 72 hats total). I explained that I was never told of the price increase and no one informed me of the new price when I dropped off the hats to get embroidered. However, the owner Carlos got irate and acted very unprofessional when I requested that I be charged the original price since I was never told about the price increase, especially since it was a 67% increase. As a fellow business owner, I can understand the rising costs of expenses, but I would never treat a customer like that, especially since I was more than accommodating regarding the fact that the hats were not competed to my satisfaction. I definitely would not expect this behaviour from the owner of the company. Another customer who heard this whole conversation also agreed that this was unacceptable.

I’ve had a great experience here. I’ve been getting apparel items from them for about a year and every time it’s done quickly and it’s very good quality and always exceeds my expectations. Staff is super friendly and easy to communicate with, they’re my go to recommendation whenever someone asks about custom graphics on items!

My go-to printer for everything I need. I worked with Kaleigh and would definitely recommend working with her. She is fast, reliable and incredibly professional. I will never go anywhere else for printing. Kaleigh IS THE BEST!!

I've been going to this shop for a year now and I've never been let down. At first, it was hard to find. The staff are very nice and get the job done right and quick so there are short wait times. The prices are very affordable. I recommend this place. It's great for those who take public transport as it's right in the Byward Market near the transitway.

Carlos is a very reasonable guy. He is very flexible and understanding. The quality of the print was fantastic and I cannot wait to continue my business with him.

Carlos and his team have printed out several art pieces for me. They have done a fantastic job and check with me if unsure before going ahead. All my finished pieces have been on top quality paper (recommended by Carlos depending on the piece) and to perfect dimension. Next day (or even same day service) and very reasonable prices. Always delivered with a smile and expert advice. I can't recommend Carlos Graphics more highly if you need a special job.
