U	User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am just so happy with this Pharmacy. It is SO much more professional and customer service focused then the other Shopper's in Fort Saskatchewan. The Pharmacists treat customers with respect and are incredibly knowledgeable. I was able to refill my daily prescription through Raj which saved me a trip into a walk-in clinic just to get a new prescription. He even offered to deliver to my house for free. This is the type of business and procedures that we are fortunate to be offered during this pandemic. I can't say enough good things about this Pharmacy and their team and am just so thankful to have them in Fort Saskatchewan. Keep up the great work guys!
L	Lia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff at check out. Pharmacist are okay. I wish there are more helpful and fast. They are really taking their time there. I was there a a week ago spend 15 minutes checking which medicine is the best for my child. I’ve seen two women chatting away. They’ve seen me, I guess you have to call them to assist you before they do their job. Staff there don’t have initiative. You really have to get their attention for them to do what they are paid for. Over all I love this store. Exempt the pharmacy area.

I was planning on waiting until Monday to refill my prescription with my family doctor but started being really sick today so I called them. This wonderful lady said that she could provide me with a months worth but I was feeling so dizzy I told her I couldn’t drive. She said it wasn’t a problem that she would have it deliver but she needed a cc number. I don’t own a cc. I didn’t think she could help me out any further she had already helped me so much! But she did. She trusts me to go pay this week. I am not sure if this allowed but regardless she helped me over the phone to take deep breaths etc. This woman( whoever you are) is an amazing person. She works at the pharmacy at shoppers in Westpark. I would like her to know how appreciative I am. THANK YOU!
T	Tahnee Darmanin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in and went to ask an associate a question. Unfortunately, he was too busy talking on his phone-air pods. Which I did not see that he was on his phone. He instead put his finger in my face to stop me from speaking to him. Then pointed towards the till to stand in line to ask a question. On a good note, the associate working the cosmetic counter was extremely helpful. She even suggested where I could find the item I was looking for as they did not carry said item.
G	Ghostie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have problem with the Shoppers associates themselves, just the pharmacy. I seem to always have issues getting my regularly prescribed RX's filled and sometimes it feels like I'm getting lectured on usage, even though my doctor has allotted/cleared me for these specific dosages. Previously, I spoke to someone at the pharmacy and they confirmed that my RX was covered. When I went to pick it up, I was told it was not covered. When I asked about it, they seemed annoyed that I did. I wasn't rude or anything, just confused. I told them okay, no worries, I was just told something else. Today I just called to have my RX filled and asked them to double check the coverage. She let me know it is indeed covered, so I was like okay great, because this is what happened last time. She cut me off and said, "It's covered, thanks, bye," and hung up on me. I know she's the same associate that told me it was covered last time, because I remembered her name. Maybe she was annoyed that I brought it up? It sure seemed that way. It's really disheartening experiencing issues like this, because I'm just trying to pick up my medication with no issues and without a lecture. The lecturing is one thing, but incorrect information relayed on top of an attitude is another. I would like to say though, Iman is lovely and I wish more of the pharmacy associates were more like her.

But being someone who needs the same medications fairly regularly, and has been dealing with this place for years, let me assure you that getting medication prescribed at this location is often difficult and frustrating. Even simple reflux meds, that I’ve been on for years, until I can see my physician in 2 days. Needless to say I’ve now switched all of my stuff to another pharmacy who is willing to help me out, because I’m done with the hassle. Thank you to the staff who didn’t make life more difficult for me and flips bird to you other people.
