Rexall Fort Saskatchewan was a great location until Craig Normand started managing. He mistreated and fired a great staff member of 10 years for his own personal gain. I can not support a store that allows these practices. Truly unfortunate as I shopped there my whole life. Fortunately Pharmacy is one of the best you will find around.

My family have shopped at this Rexall branch for decades.Six months ago a malignant cancer arrived at the store as a temp manager"Craig".For his own personal gain the previous management team who were in fact outstanding with customer care were removed for his own agenda.This action anytime never mind in a global pandemic is unbelievable.I can no longer support a store that supports these despicable actions. Pharmacy team is fantastic.

This used to be a good location until recent. Since the arrival of the new Manager, Craig Normand, the quality has plummeted. I would give this a 0 star review if it was possible based solely on the manager. He has a complete lack of professionalism, not just towards his customers but towards his employees. In fact, the employees are the only redeeming quality, they are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and they deserve 5 stars. Unlike Craig, he gets negative stars.

The staff have always been awesome. The the pharmacist and the assistances are helpful and professionals.

Staff was extremely rude when I asked if they have the Pfizer vaccine and they said no. That’s not the issue, the issue is when I asked if they knew of any other pharmacy that may be carrying it the lady said β€œwell I haven’t been here for 3 days so I have no idea.” They talked down to me, and took 3 other customers before me even though I was standing there first. I get that they are probably swamped with people asking for boosters, but there is absolutely no need to be that rude.

We are dealing with Covid so ordered some Tylenol through Door Dash. We received the wrong product. We ordered daytime caplets and got nighttime liquid. While I understand the Door Dash website has an error, no one was willing to fix anything. We got a credit from Door Dash but we couldn’t reorder. The worst part was when Frank who might be a manager, hung up on my husband. All it would have taken is let me fix that for you and get the right medicine on the reorder. Come on, hanging up on a customer who was not yelling or abusive or foul language is ridiculous.
