They gave her $10 off and a small bottle of lotion which is absolutely unacceptable. Now we have to monitor for infection on both of her hands. So don't bother coming here, they don't perform the service well and rip off 12 year old girls.

The reviews were soo good i expected alot more.
C	Chloe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into town to visit and treat my younger sister with a pedicure. The pedicure itself went well, but the kicker was when I was picking out the polish. I was brought the wrong color three times, which was very confusing. I used the sample swatches they had and each time I picked a color I was brought something completely different. Which was fine, I wasn’t upset, but it got to the point where I just asked for the color I was looking for since the swatches weren’t providing a solution. When I got up, the woman doing my pedicure rolled her eyes behind my back which my younger sister saw. Needless to say, for over $100 and leaving with unpainted nails it was a pretty disappointing experience.

In my opinion, they try to cram too many people in, leaving their nail ladies rushing to get finished with one customer to move on to the next. I didn't like how my nails turned out, but with other customers waiting, there really wasn't time to have them fixed. I will go back to get them fixed, but that will be the end of my business for Adore Nails. ***I called Adore Nails this morning and explained that I was not happy with my nails. I was able to get in this afternoon to get them changed. My thanks to Adore Nails for addressing my concerns and making things right. I understand that being busy is good, but not at the expense of losing customers. Thank you Kim for your good work. In light of my concerns being addressed, Adore Nails will continue to get my business. Thank you Adore Nails.
