★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had over $100 in beauty products when I remembered receiving an email for PC points. Asked if they could hold the basket for me so I could take advantage of the offer that began tomorrow. Said I'd be in at 7:15 am the following day. Both the ladies there brushed me off and said they will put it away. It really wasn't a big request... Customer service is really a thing of the past people. Left the basket at the till and left. Will take my money elsewhere and hope for better service. Well stocked and clean though... I'd be willing to cope with dusty shelves if it meant they delivered any level of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy continues to disappoint. Employees are rude and disrespectful. I have used this place for over 20 years and will pulling my accounts. The rest of the store is awesome, just the pharmacy has terrible service.

ALMOST KILLED MY SON GAVE WRONG INSOLIN AND ASUURED ME WAS SAME WENT TO HOSPITAL TO CHECK WAS ACTUALLY FOR TEENS ALSO WILL NOT REFUND THEIR MISTAKE NEVER AGAIN.
THIS IS WHY WE NEED NEGATIVE REVIEWS MINUS 5 STARS WOULDNT EVEN BE ENOUGH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to give a 0 I would. The pharmacy team is poorly educated and their customer service is sub par. As if COVID hasn't already made life difficult, the pharmacy staff make booking rapid tests even harder. I guess they are enjoying their little "power trip"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really want to give zero star if I could worst pharmacy team ever walked in on a Thursday they are really that busy looking for a simple OTC drug the lady told me to wait and look for it myself? If I am able to find it I wouldn’t even brother come to the counter, and she said she is going to ask someone but she didn’t after she told me she guess they don’t have it like? Again shoppers pharmacy disappointed ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment with the pharmacist to get my daughter's COVID vaccinations but he is obviously too busy and letting us sit here wait (looking at him busy away). What's the point of making an appointment if you are not going to honor it? Knowing that it's a kid taking her shots, letting her wait to a point where she ask "papa, is it supposed to be like this? " Is just unprofessional and borderline unethical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female working at the pharmacy should learn how to deal with upset customers. Especially when it is no fault of the client. They can't even say I'm sorry or show any compassion or empathy. Then because I'm upset she wouldn't ring in the few items I had to pay for. No one else there except one man booking a covid shot. Every other pharmacy staff that helped me has rung through my items, with people waiting, not make me pay twice. So I have to go to the front and pay again because she can't handle more than one customer?! Now I have to pay debit fees again?!
Time before they tried to fill a script I didn't want, I had to explain to them and my doctor even made notes on my prescription, and they still didn't understand. Frustrating!!
I go to the front, no one there, I say, hello! Someone shows up but acts annoyed I said hello because they are not at the cashier? Like I am the impatient one?! Every time I come here I have to look for someone to help me!?
Very rude people working here!! Last time they refused to scan my card but touched all of my items i bought and touched?! Stupid!
The only person here with tact or manners is the male pharmacist. I hate coming here but it's close to my home.
