I just like the fact that when i need an answer, the staff speaks English well...and thats all that matters to me!...not like going somewhere else and you know more about the store then they do lol...
D	Dragan Ivancevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't do business here; however, at one occasion, an inquiry, to be precise, the response from people working here (mostly of Southeast Asian descent) were so lame, lacking basic customer service skills and proper attitude, it was disgusting to even look at them. I had to make some obnoxious noise to draw their attention after I was ignored for too long. Avoid at all cost unless really in need of some lame care.
A	Antonia Gooding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The times they're open are not ideal. (Obviously nothing to do with them)... when I came in with my first prescriptions I was told "that's really high"... I'm not sure why it needed to be said; especially as the prescription is meant to increase even more over time. They seem very set on rules and regulations which is good. I called (to refill) and the answer was "I'm very busy" ... I didn't answer because I was so caught off guard... then was asked "can I do something for you or no?" I told her I had been caught off guard by her abrupt response. I'm staying with them for now, but for someone on antianxiety drugs.... it hasnt been the best. At least they keep their records straight (medical).
C	Colleen B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignore the earlier review by Dominic who is clearly just racist. He also states that he doesn’t normally shop here so he based his review off one visit. Seriously? As someone who has been as customer here since the late ‘80’s (so more than 30 years) I find that the services is very good. If you come in with racist ideas, and are rude to staff, you deserve to get rudeness back. Period. Many staff members have been at this location for decades. It’s like a family. They also know where everything is, they know how to run the tills efficiently, and they are very helpful. The butcher will happily cut whatever you need. Produce and bakery products are always fresh, there is tons of variety, and they have great selections of specialty food items. Whether it’s particular ethnic options or dietary needs, they have it. If you base your review off one staff member on one day when you probably stopped in to buy one item, you don’t know this location well enough to review it. For those of us who have been in hundreds of times, we know this store is consistently great.
S	Shareen Britto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is outstanding. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff are friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I have been learning about a family member's medication and they have been fantastic in educating me and alleviating my concerns. Be prepared when you go in as they are the busiest pharmacy I've ever been to but they are worth the wait.
d	don snider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several weeks ago I stopped by the Pharmacy to make an appointment for my senior citizen mother to receive a Covid Vaccine shot. I was told that they were booked until March 12th but they would put her on a cancellation/standby list. I was yold that she was #5 and would recieve a call if someone cancelled and would have 15 minutes to arrive for the vaccine (at the time this sounded ressonable). Yesterday, March 12 , I stopped by to followup. I was told that they were now booked until May and to try a Safeway Pharmacy. At the same time a person behind the desk handed a piece of paper to the employee that I was speaking to and said that ther was a cancellation. I thought great timing! I told them that my mother was on the "standby list " and I could pick her up and have her there in 10 minutes. The person behind the counter told me that they were instructed by Alberta Health to over-book and there was no longer a "cancellation/standby list". What Code of Professional Standards are these Pharmacists held to? I was essentially lied to. Then , they blamed it on Alberta Health and suggested I go to to a competitor (Safeway rather than Alberta Heath) because of their incompetent client management. All this without even an apology. I dont know what more I can write other than "you build a business one customer at a time and lose your business one customer at a time".
