★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I have to say is what a horrible run Boston Pizza. I was in there the other day with some friends and had a chance to speak with the manager Neil. I never felt so uncomfortable, he was so condescending to me and my friends. He made us all feel unwelcomed. what an unprofessional manager of all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was excellent and the pizza (tropical chicken) was good, however I had the same type of pizza at the Boston Pizza in both Canmore and Banff. The one in Canmore was a 10/10 (tons of topping), Banff was an 9/10, and the pizza at this location had quite a bit less topping so I'd give it a 7/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been in a place that the waitress was such an unprofessional worker. Her name was Devon, all she was doing was arguing with customers, and or staff. Plus it took for ever to get my order as she was on her phone the whole time chatting with her buddy's. i don't understand how a franchise could hire someone like this.
I will not be back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a salad and pizza and requested a side of Buffalo sauce and extra beets on my salad. I ordered this online and there is no option to “Add Buffalo Sauce” or “Extra Veg”. Nobody called me to let me know and option of paying the upcharge. I selected “add Dante de ranch” and also looked to add “Buffalo sauce” there is no Buffalo sauce option!!! How ridiculous!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boston Pizza always has yummy food. What sets the locations apart is the service. My visit at this location was good. But, the service was only okay. It was a little slow and lacked the extra personal touch I appreciate when I go out for a dinning experience.
