Grace from the beauty department took 15 minutes of her time to help me pick out the right products I needed. The two ladies working there were extremely kind, helpful, and patient. I will definitely be coming back to this location! Great customer service and care from this store.

Since changing locations we have been beyond disappointed. Things started badly with our first visit when my husband was charged $.02 for his prescription, his only purchase. After much discussion he handed over $20 and received $19.95 change. We did receive an apology however things haven't been much better since. Prescriptions are never ready when promised. Currently I need a prescription that the doctor told me to fill immediately and start using, and was told the wait is 1 hour. It has now been 3 1/2 hours, with still no confirmation my script is ready. I'm waiting for a promised phone call, and I know better than to wait in store or go in before I get the call. The last time I needed something quickly I was told an hour, came back after an hour and was told another hour, I came back the next day. I am in a foot cast with mobility issues. I understand busy but this service is wasting my time with underdelivering on promises. It is also affecting my health with delays in treatment. Please clean up your service issues.

K	KJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at this store very often and have always had a great experience, but today I was very disappointed how there were a lot of people coming into the store without wearing a mask even though it's the law and none of the associates said anything or offered to give them a mask. I noticed three people walking by without masks and one person even had their mask below their mouth and nobody cared. This has never been a problem before(excluding the summer of course) and I have always felt safe and comfortable shopping at the store, but now I do not feel that way anymore. I understand that they want to avoid confrontation, but safety should always come first.

Unfortunately, their two staffs refused my request. A lady Answered: no ❌✋ ! ! It was happened around 3:30pm on December 8th, 2021). Her attitude let us knew she was not willing to serve customers, she was just for work. Never saw her smile. I had to drive home and tape the box up. It took half an hour , and returned ( at 4:00 pm) to the post office at the store - First Avenue in Airdrie . This lady even asked me: Did you want a receipt? I handled a return, without the receipt, If the package lost, who would pay for it ?

I have been trying to get this pharmacy to fill a prescription for weeks, first they did not file the correct papers with my doctors office and have failed to work with my doctors office to get the paper work they require. Its not that they are having issues with my physician they just don't care after they send off a fax to check to see it was received or to follow up with the doctors office and I'm having to call multiple times between the two to see what is going on. As a professional practice it shouldn't be a case of dropping the buck and doing the bare minimum and leaving the patient to figure things out, god forbid if I was a senior citizen with Alzheimer's. I see other reviews listing issues with the standards of the pharmacy team that make me see that this is not an isolated issue.

After a hectic day braving the mall/Costco so close to Christmas, walking into this Shoppers and being greeted and helped by Brianna was a breath of fresh air. She was patient and sweet, even helped me find some wonderful gifts. I am grateful as I had not been successful earlier to find presents. I will definitely come back to visit again. Such a lovely person, thank you for your kindness.
