This Shoppers is not aware that Shoppers offers digital passports even though the in-store sign states they do. (See picture of sign and the computer -USB slot at the bottom right of the computer) Further, informed by staff Shoppers does photo copies however then informed by other staff otherwise. Then I inquired if someone could help because I saw a photocopier in the pharmacy but no the pharmacy at Shoppers would not help even in this time of importance. Perhaps Shoppers may want to consider learning the services the franchise offers and adhering to marketing , training employees and consideration helping customers in exceptional circumstances. With no other option, I was forced to drive to Peterborough, and pay for another set. A professional would have cost less and been more efficient. Thank you very much for your attention and consideration
P	Paul Frampton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always busy. But if you're willing to use the self checkout, you won't wait. In & out super fast. Pharmacy can be difficult to deal with it times. Don't talk down to people.

After dropping off a $500 prescription, they had me come back the next day to pick up not even 1/4 of it, made me pay the full price and said to come back the next day when it’s all available. After giving them over 4 days knowing this pharmacy is busy, they continued to tell me that the prescription will take 15-20 minutes to prepare. They had a very hard time pulling up the file every single time I came to the counter, which is mind baffling seeing as I had been here previously (three times in the past week to be exact). There is not enough employees working at this pharmacy for the amount of customers they have, which multiple other reviews have said. Instead of apologizing time and time again, do something to make a change.
T	Tory Melvin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely beside myself with anger I stood in line here today as a little girl balled her eyes out because she needed to use a bathroom and they refused. …She peed all over the floor while crying and screaming afraid she would get in trouble. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled. And my heart broke for that little girl and her father. After they left the building. Some employees laughed… laughed at this poor little girl and her father. I can not believe what I had witnessed today and can tell you there will never be a chance of me ever stepping my foot in this door again. Your employees should be disgusted with themselves how they handled this situation.

Was still taking pills 10 days after recall because they didn't notify me. Check to make sure you get the correct pills..I've been sent home with wrong meds 2x. A lawsuit waiting to happen!

We were told half hour. We waited an hour and a quarter. We will not be coming back to any shoppers for prescriptions ever again.
J	John Cantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my Dr called me early in the morning to let me know I have to start a new medication. I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was received. The lady was very rude and said we only fill faxed prescription in 48 hours. I said I was going away for the weekend but she didn't care. She said Saturday was the best. It is Thursday today. If a Dr wants a person to star a new prescription they don't mean start in 48 hours. I called back and spoke to the same lady to see if I could get it sooner she cut me off and said she will put the request in at 2 pm and could pick up after 5pm. Very rude person. I have no clue how some people keep their jobs when they are so rude. If you hate your job get a new one. I have called Coby Pharmacy and told the lady how I was treated and she said she will take care of me right away. I will no longer be shopping or getting my prescription there.

They made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Thought I would give it one more try. Same rudeness again. Went in today because I had no choice. I had to pick up some package from post office. The lady there was once again very rude. I was being very polite and patient. I worked for shopper's at another location. I could only imagine what my employer would say abou t this treatment.
