β β β β β I ordered 2 buckets l should get 5 large sides for each bucket the fries where half full and the others were in little dishes I will not go back. On a briter note the chicken was really good

β β β β β I'm not sure what's worse. The staff, or the food. We've tried it a few times since it moved locations, and have been disappointed every time. It's turned me off all KFC restaurants, and since there are other options in town, Popeye's and Mary Browns, that are better, I don't see why I will ever go back.

β β β β β Waited 20 mins in line for drivethru, had to use the washroom so we walked up to the door at 2pm..the worker ran to the door and locked it on us so we couldnt come in, watched their staff sit and eat at the window while we stood in the rain to try and phone to see why they weren't open inside... someone answered the phone & hung up on us right away before even speaking. Worst service ever. Do not recommend. Upper Management needs to come give this place a check because its seriously not run properly. Wouldnt waste your time.

β β β β β Bought a 2 piece chicken meal, asked for a small macaroni salad to which I was told they only had potato left so decided no salad, when I got home with the meal I only live about 5 mins so food should have still been hot, fries were Luke warm and old the 2 pieces of chicken I received was a very small drumstick which would have been fine if the other piece was Atleast a thigh or rib or something but no I got a wing for the other one hardly any chicken on it. Gravy wasnβt even hot! I paid $12 to be starving after I ate it

β β β β β I ordered from here around noon today, and I when I got home I realized I was missing items as well as I had received the wrong sandwiches. I live out in Little Britain it's a bit of a drive back to Lindsay so I tried to call the restaurant instead. The phone rang for a while before someone finally answered it briefly- and then just hung up without even saying anything. I was surprised, and tried calling back again but this time no one answered at all. I get that it was around the lunch rush and the store may have been busy but spending nearly 40 dollars on food only to get a part of your order and then not even the right sandwiches is really disappointing. My boyfriend specifically asked for the chicken bacon and cheese and I got home he got a chicken sandwhich with only sauce and pickles on them. Mine was the same. I checked my receipt and I definitely paid for bacon and cheese sandwiches but no one would even answer the phone to help me.

β β β β β Went on the evening of June 4th approximately 7:20 P.M., ordered was told it was going to be about a 30 minute wait, ok fine itβs busy!
They forgot our order so it was almost an hour wait, you canβt go in, tried to go up to the window we were ignored, then they finally came to the window and said sorry the chicken was frozen, hate to tell ya KFC doesnβt freeze the chicken, chicken was dried out and tasted like cardboard, the gravy was also bland, will not be a returning customer!!

β β β β β Similar to others, terrible ability to serve food at this location. The chicken seems to be made to order and thereβs no prioritization of orders.
Iβd recommend kfc get their quality team to this location to figure out whatβs wrong as you can see the traffic has clearly crashed as no one is putting up with this location anymore.

β β β β β We just waited 20 minutes for fresh chicken, which is really good.( Hot and fresh) but we live 15 minutes away.....we ordered 4 sides and our box of fries only had one serving in it! So now I have to make fries! Thanks alot
