★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the very worst meal I have had at a restaurant EVER! I ordered the eggs benedict, which is a fairly easy dish to prepare. I don't know how old the peameal was, but it smelled and tasted like it was far too old to consume and what was with its grey colour? The hollandaise sauce was practically dried out due to being under the heat lamp for far too long. The wait staff couldn't care a less to offer more water, tea or coffee. Dreadful expensive experience all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait, server approached within 1 minute of seating. Food was fantastic. At first i was surprised on seeing the range of foods on their menu. I had the Steak Stir Fry and it was delicious ! highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family (21 of us) gathered in Lindsay for a sad occasion (funeral burial of our dad/grandfather) and after the service, we went to Symposium Cafe. The atmosphere, food and service were amazing. More importantly, the staff were kind, thoughtful, sensitive and super efficient in handling a large crowd and were so caring and attentive to our special occasion. A very special thank you to Roxane, Mady and Katrina. Your generosity and kindness is so appreciated. With much gratitude, we thank all of you at Symposium Cafe. We look forward to returning (happier occasions) for our family get-togethers. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed at this restaurant. My family and I were from out of town and stopped here to have lunch. We were not greeted very friendly from the beginning and did not feel welcomed. Our initial waitress was good and attentive which was pleasant to have. But the waitresses had to switch and the person we received was rude and had not checked on her after serving the food to make sure everything was fine or if we needed anything. Seemed she was more interested in serving others than us.
The food was good except we received food we did not order. My mom had chosen chicken stir fry and received beef stir fry. IF our waitress had come over to check up - we could have asked to confirm what meat was put into the food as my mom does not eat beef for religious reasons. It was very disappointing to say the least.
I had to give it a 3 star not because the food/drinks were not good. They were delicious but the service was very poor from the initial greet to the end.
I would not come back or recommend unless they improve on their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited two nights in a row! Visiting from a nearby area due to being out of house for a few nights. Warm cozy atmosphere, delicious food. Amazing desserts, that look like works of art. If you come I doubt you'll be disappointed!
