My sister and I were helped by a few different staff that were ready to help. I particularly was looking for a certain LAPHROAIG ISLAY 10 year Scotch. A very nice employee/manager by the name of Andrew came to my rescue and helped me. Unfortunately, due to shipping etc. they didn’t have the one I was looking for but Andrew was very honest and knowledgeable on a lot of different varieties of Scotch, Bourbon and Tequila’s and answered any questions I had and I learned a lot while in process of picking a new Scotch OBAN. Thank you so much for helping. I truly LOVE the new purchases, the OBAN Scotch is one of my new favourites. My sister mentioned about having “Taste Testing Events” maybe there will be a day again (after Covid) that things like this will happen again. Also, I am still looking for that LAPHROAIG ISLAY 10 Year Scotch…I hope you will have it in the near future. Fingers crossed ? Thank you for the great customer service!
