S	Steven Roffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed! Should not be on DoorDash as they can’t keep up with orders in peak times. On Mothers Day, I ordered DoorDash delivery for my wife who is immunocompromised and cannot leave home. I was overseas managing a family situation so could not pick up. I understood how busy it was going to be so I ordered 4 hours ahead. Order was cancelled 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time. Couldn’t get anyone at the restaurant to answer a call so I am left leaving this review. Thank goodness DoorDash is responsive and was able to keep my wife informed. Response to owner: Totally expected response from you based on the other responses you have written to negative reviews. It would be nice if you accepted responsibility for poor service and apologized. Shifting blame to someone else always looks unprofessional. We happen to know that Dashers were available. DoorDash actually responded to calls and were very helpful. If you are only able to manage dine in customers, remove yourself from Dash deliveries. That way you won’t leave people waiting for meals for hours.

Wait staff was so confused we were asked numerous times if we had placed our order and told her we were still waiting for our coffee.When the coffee did come- no spoons and we had to ask for cream and she dropped milkettes and away she went . Another couple got up and left because the service was so confused and slow. My wife when to the cool and told him we were still waiting for our meals and he said he would take care of it right away. Meals finally came after the 2nd trip to the cool by wife. Then when the breakfasts finally did come her eggs were still raw and potato's were cold my meal came without the fresh fruit. My wife complained that her eggs were raw and potato's were cold they took her meal away and re cooked her eggs til they were burnt and microwaved the potatoes and brought it back. When we complained to the manager she pointed out all kinds of excuses then she came back with the bill and said "I took 10 % if HER bill. Never again will we visit Eggsmart

Burnt eggs, uncooked pancakes and processed cheese on top of of home fries for $1.59 extra, that they claim as cheddar. The server was nice food was terrible and it is dirty inside the location. $43.03 for 2 terrible breakfasts. Should have did the TIM HORTONS drive thru next door, as quality matched but price was 5 times that of the drive through.

Shouldn't matter where it came from the Fibres should not have gotten into my food. Reply to your response. The server 100% seen the Fibres in my food they where clothing Fibres. She told me they where from the dishwasher I also said that it's impossible. I'm not going to not give the server a tip because of something that's the kitchens fault. She had 3 of them in her hand so don't lie and say that she didn't see them. Accidents happen the fact that you can't admit that is terrible customer service.
J	Jim Hughes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advertise Cheddar and Swiss cheese in grilled cheese sandwich. Waitress could not answer simple question. Is it real Cheddar cheese and real Swiss Cheese? Not process cheese for the price. Next, asked for Orange juice in the bottle, she said yes. Handed me an Orange Drink $3.50, I said this is an Orange drink, not a Orange juice. Condescending attitude. Problem. A Menu is a contract. Drink is not a juice. Process cheese is not cheese. Price does not justify lack of quality. Never had the breakfast. Failed before they started. I do not recommend this breakfast place.

Takeout takes forever. ***Update to the owner reply - I haven't been to your establishment since before you had to close for indoor dining. The takeout order was one I had I ordered, I then arrived at the designated time for pickup, as instructed by the ordering service, and waited for almost 40min on-top of my order time. This has happened twice. My review isn't from a recent order. Or recent dining experience, it's from repeated past dining experiences, and takeout orders. I'm simply sharing my experience. Hence the purpose of reviews. Have a great day.
