★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I go in there they are very welcoming. For a smaller Mark's, they have all the essentials that you would need. The level of customer service is great. Everytime that I've been in there and there has been a rude or difficult customer, they have handled it with a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend this store to anyone, and any students that are looking to get some new clothing/footware for school. Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stepson had a voucher from VCCS for outdoor work wear, the man working (possibly mgr or Asst mgr) was very short when Alex asked for assistance, he argued with us at the counter about what pieces of outdoor gear Alex had chosen, then stated "VCCS better pay or else". I had chosen several items that caught my eye as Christmas presents, I put them back. Disappointed in our store and embarassing for my stepson. It was a 712$ purchase, had I purchased my items it would have been another 250$ purchase it was really not bad for a Wednesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of Dunlop’s work boots from mark because I am a driller and I work outside all day throughout Monday to friend. When I first purchased the boots I though they they fit will. Everyone in the store was hopefully for me to find what I need. After the first day I wore them, my feet were really hurting and I realize I needed a size up and they would have been perfect. When I went to go return the boots and get a size up, a guy manger at the Lindsay location look at them and said since I wore them outside once I couldn’t return them. There wasn’t any dirt or mud on the boots. I think this is ridiculous. I payed $373 dollars for the boots and now since I am not able to return these boot, I just wasted all of that money. I just want to get in contact with someone you can help me out. I believe that this is not fair to me and I can’t get help to return there boots I will no longer shop there. It’s not fair for me or anything other customers this has happen to. Also the manger of the store seem very rude and didn’t care about my problem and seem like he didn’t want to ever try to help me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy a pair of boots. I stood in the boot department for 10 minutes as the salesperson walked around helping everyone but me. I left the store ran an errand and came back. to the boot department The sale sales person walk right past me to the front of the store. I finally asked another sales person in the back office area for help. he went and got the same person. They came back and offer very little help except for all we have is on the shelf. Poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with this Marks. The cashier and manager were rude. Not helpful at all. Treated me like I wasnt there. Although I spent $500 for new cloths and boots. It didn't matter. Found I didn't like the boots so I took them back for a exchange. Wow what an inconvenience for them. Long story short. Just go to a different Marks. Worth the drive to not deal with these ppl. However on a good note. The lady that did help me was wonderful. To bad she wasn't the cashier or even manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poped in to get new hikers and work boots. Absolutely garbage selection, sizes and zero customer service. Went to the till and the cashier asked if I found what I was looking for. I replied no, and she laughed. So yeah. I guess even the employees know it's a joke. Won't be back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have a good experience when I come into this store. This is one of the smaller Mark's, so sometimes they might not have a size or certain item, but the employees are very friendly and always help me out and offer ways to try and get the items I want in. Mark's a great place to get workwear as well as just day to day wear, and they often have sales going on. It's a great little store in Lindsay with a great community of people.
