L	Long Term Care Formats Inc. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service on phone - you call, they pick-up after many rings & set phone down without even saying "please wait". 15 minutes later you're still waiting while you listen to them talking to someone there.
B	Brenda Walton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good at taking my order. Not good at delivering orders. The work load of the people who work at the photo area is ridiculous. I am surprised anyone stays there given the pressures they deal with. Also they have to send things off to be done in Toronto and I am still waiting for a puzzle I ordered in November. The horrible customer service is clearly not the fault of your employees it is the fault of how you have structured your processes.

Was willing to pay for stickers or logos or paper whatever necessary. had to wait a good solid 3 minutes for the lady to help me and then she told me she couldn't do anything for me today I'd have to go home and order it from my phone and gave me a card with a website on it (what a waste of paper) and come back the next day to instead of just taking my order. so I went to a little machine to print something off automatically because there's printer sitting right there and they don't take cash or debit. They are completely set up to only help who want to do things online. Zero customer service skills for people standing right in front of them ready to pay for products

I went and bought a $300 office desk, the box came out damaged and I specifically asked the clerk if the desk was dropped or something, the clerk said no that it ships this way. I said OK well as long as the product isn't damaged. I then brought it home and put it together. Finally after a struggle, we find there in fact WAS damage! Not only on two of the legs but on the top corner of the desk too! I called to find out what could be done, and I get offered a $10 refund... I don't live in town and with gas prices right now, it was a no deal and never will be again for me.

I called Staples and spoke with one of the Geek Squad associates who advised to bring in the laptop. Within minutes I was in and out of the store and back home as this young lad corrected the problem. Bravo ? to Staples for having such efficient employees. Well done!!
