★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Shoppers ever for being racist to an asian girl in front of me in the pharmacy just because she has an accent. Rude deserved to be fired!!! This white girl doesn’t know what customer service is. She could’ve been more understanding and more patient with that girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there 2 times and both time I was so disappointed in customer service provided by them. Went to take photos with my husband for immigration purpose. Manager told us that he can't email it and transfer to personal usb drive. So we need to but from the store
I understand about this policy but he forced that if you both are taking pictures than you have to buy 2 pendrives for each photos. I didn't understand this absurd logic. If photos are for 1 family then why they need to buy 2 drives.
Other time i went to Canada post counter to send a return parcel,I have box and label and I forgot to tape it in the car and thought they will paste it and then the clerk says that she DOESN'T have tape and I need to buy one from the store. Can you imagine this.. it is so frustating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very fortunate to be living close by to this Drug store the store is very lovely to shop in as well as the Amazing Pharmacy staff that I greatly appreciate they are all very hard workers and kind to their patients.
They go out of their way to do their very best to service everyone with a smile at each and every visit.
I must say the owner as well as each and every staff member are such wonderful people I greatly appreciate .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Shoppers Drug Mart on st. George is definitely following covid-19 guidelines and the store is kept very clean. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The staff are also very knowledgeable in their field. The store is wheelchair accessible and very accommodating. The pharmacy is always busy and it's good to get certain Health products from here. The Shoppers Drug Mart also has a post office within it for people's convenience and it's full service. There is plenty of parking to be found here as well
