P	Patrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new location of Shoppers Drugmart under Empress Walk and beside Loblaws is quite convenient. It is a lot better than the old location further south of Yonge Street. They store is a lot more bigger and the facilities are cleaner, organized and better. The customer service is very professional as well each time I go there and the workers are always working hard there. If you ever need products even on Holidays, this store is always open. They carry basic needs, foods, medicines etc if you cannot go to big box stores

The hours should be the same as the store hours since there is no separate department and the cashier did take the picture with a store provided DSLR camera and printed them right away. Note that the print quality is not good and it's a bit pricy ($22.5 for 2) and there is no editing/enhancement. You get all of these with better quality for lower price (x4 photos) for less than $20 in a photo studio. The only plus side is that the availability and convenience (for which I'm happy with the service). But if you have time, try a photo studio. Aside from that, store itself is very clean and the staff I interacted with were helpful and respectful. P.S. no Canada Post at this location
B	B G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch for the second time since was very close to my home, wanted to get some perfumes and had no idea which one is better, Miok in cosmetics helped me the best and she wrapped the packages professionally and I really felt welcomed there Thanks Miok, I highly recommend everyone to see her since she’s so knowledgeable

The pharmacists (so much nicer than the ones at Yonge and Finch Shoppers Drug Mart!!!!) helped me with my private questions, listened to my concerns, and selected the best store-brand that would match my needs (sorry, no details, you understand ;-)). Refills are completed SUPER FAST. When I do need to be checked out, the cashier is proactive with calling next in lines and always with a friendly attitude. THe perfect Shoppers store for me is friendly and quite uneventful. I've been coming here since February, even though it's a bit out of my way, and always gotten the assistance I needed on every run. Now, a story about an eventful, dramatic shoppers drugmart. Here's some protip for other shoppers: do NOT go to the Shoppers Drug Mart at 5576 yonge street. That location drove me away for good due to customer service SO EXTREMELY HORRIBLE, I would rather walk 8 whole blocks to avoid for a better shopper's experience!!!!! Read my review there for the extraordinary harassment and negligent issues that takes place there. It's very entertaining now, but wasn't fun back then.

Blatantly ignored and I had to handle my own items and no one wants to help me with questions. 2 staff were on floor yesterday at around 1pm named Saharah and Jasmine. Learn some professionalism and proper customer service
M	Marla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new location that opened up earlier this year. The previous location was much smaller and further south on Yonge Street. This store is two levels with a staircase and up only escalator. The lower floor has food, toiletries, household supplies, cards, and a pharmacy. The upper level has makeup and beauty products. Overall, this is a good Shoppers store but there are definitely bigger stores. To access this location, you can enter from the street level or from the lower level in the Empress Walk mall. The entry is just across from the Loblaws and adjacent to the subway entrance.
H	Hana Fu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Pharmacy service. Called ahead to request for picking up PCR test kit, and staff said it would be ready the next day. When arrived, was told that the kit was not ready. Pharmacy owner asked for ID for checking status, she entered the wrong birthday but blamed on us not giving the correct birthday (she entered 2021 for birth year!). We waited for 15 minutes while owner sat in her office checking her phone. We kept insisted that she would provide us with the PCR kit. Finally, with a very rude attitude she provided us the kit. Really bad customer service. Would not go to this pharmacy again. Cannot comment on other departments within the store though.
