I visited her multiple times to see if i can get reimbursed or at lease get retreated to fix the problem and she refused. This is very unfortunate because she does have very pleasant staff, but her quality is not up to par.

The atmosphere and overall professionalism of the entire team always left me feeling assured of the positive outcomes that are to be received at the end of my treatment, which of course beyond excelled my expectations. I honestly cannot fathom the words to express the feedback received from my family and friends after the final results. They were all completely overjoyed to see the transformation and commented on how wonderful I looked. Having had the orthodontic treatment as an adult, the common issues of bone loss and excessive gum inflammation meant that my case was of a challenging nature. However, despite the difficulties presented, Dr. Shiva was able to successfully restore that which I thought was impossible to accomplish.....me Smiling again....literally, from cheek to cheek. I highly recommend Dr. Shiva for all your orthodontic endeavors, I know with absolute certainty that you too will note what I've experienced.

The office is updated with "email and text" messages to remind you with appointments - free parking as well. Our daughter spent 3 years with her and she truly enjoy it.

We began with a palate expander at age 6.5yrs old, and from there, had brackets placed to even out the space made. She is now wearing a retainer, but only at night. Prior to treatment, her upper arch was so small, she had a lisp, couldn't chew properly and was always biting her lips and cheeks from the misaligned bite. This early intervention treatment has been life changing. Not only has her speech impediment totally resolved, but her teeth are beautifully spaced and her smile is so lovely. She gets compliments all the time on her gorgeous smile, and it's made a huge difference in her self confidence. I know we aren't yet at the end of treatment, but we are always looking forward to the next steps. The results have been terrific!! The staff at Bradford Orthodontics are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Every visit is like seeing old friends! I am so pleased with each visit, and I know that if I have questions or concerns, Dr. Shadmand and her staff have me covered. She is truly a Wizard With The Wire and we are thankful for her amazing work.

Whenever I had question they answered with expertise and resolved with efficiency. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff there. I would recommend for anyone who is looking to get braces/Invisalign. They did a great job! I have perfect teeth thanks to them!
