They continue to provide yeoman service with kindness. Guiseppe the owner is incredibly polite, professional, and very nice. His pharmacist's and store personnel are excellent. They are customer focused, and they always greet you with a warm hello. It is a pleasure shopping there, and getting prescriptions is very organized. When your prescription is ready for pickup, they text you. Also the pharmacists are very knowledgeable, detail orientated, and take the time to answer any of your questions. In a world of COVID restrictions, one can feel very isolated and alone. This store tries their very best, to make their customers feel welcome. Thanks so much for treating your customers with kindness. ?

This isn't the first time I've had this issue or raised this concern, I waited over 40 minutes to get through to someone live to just check if my prescription was received. Unfortunately, I am considering moving to a different pharmacy for this reason.

This Shoppers is sparkling clean, very well organized, lots of shopping carts for clients to use, ample parking, easy access to Burnhamthorpe, open until 10 p.m. Today I experienced absolutely amazing service from Randy, the front office supervisor, that you rarely see these days !!! First, I asked an employee about a product featured in today's flyer and that nice fellow dropped what he was doing and went to the back to grab it for me. Second, Randy, front store supervisor, who was at the cash saw that I had three large products and a shopping bag in my hands and brought an empty shopping cart right to the cash register for me to use. That was so kind and helpful of Randy, he went out of his way to help a customer !!! I wish other Shoppers locations were so well managed and had such helpful and nice workers. Feel like punching him and sending that black guy cashier to police as he looks like he deserves to be in prison forever. He can't speak and understand English and has cocky attitude for no reason. He sure looks a loser in all ways. He should get fired asap or else I'll call cops on him and he goes to jail forever.

It seems like she's too concerned about shoplifting, but such concern is absurd when there's literally one person (me) at the store, that you can look at from a distance (and turn on your common sense). It really just brings up the uncomfortable feelings, and then, on the checkout she just acts awkward. She needs to learn more professional ways. Also, not a single-time occurrence ..
