★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s your standard shoppers. Service is good. Selection is what you’d expect. It’s clean and accessible. Location is easy to find right off the highway and there’s plenty of parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came to do a residential mail forwarding waited in line for approx 10 mins , the two ladies one named Cate did the order incorrectly as an international mail forward I said that's a bit much for niagara falls to p.e.i. she charged me $311.88 I google searched it and she was wrong it should have costed $111.75. Now she cannot fix it makes me wait 45 mins after numerous phone calls she gets me a money draft because she can't refund me. So now I have to go to another canada post and a bank to get my money back..... I am so upset over this !!! Awful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to your store this evening out of desperation for some preparation h. I wanted to use PC optimum points as I have over 20,000. First of all your lazy cashiers don't even work cash. All that's open is self service. Must be nice to get paid for doing nothing!! Secondly pc card doesn't work properly cannot redeem points. I have had to call pc optimum 4 times to get issues resolved still no proper response or resolution.
Your company is the worst for customers service especially the Victoria Avenue store. This needs to be fixed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this Shoppers for years and the staff is always friendly and excellent. Had some fun adventures here late at night (I've seen people shoplift and run out the door on several occasions!!!)... must be stressful for the staff, but it's a safe, clean location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Mart and wanted to use the restroom while waiting at prescription. Was outrightly told that I can't use the washroom and it is not for public. That is inhumane to put it mildly. Extremely unprofessional service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was shopping a sales associate asked me if I wanted to leave the store. When I asked why she asked if I was shopping and when I said yes she said oh okay because it looks like you’re just standing here. Very rude and unprofessional. I then proceeded to grab my items and leave the store. Thank you to the male sales associate who was helpful in finding what I was looking for.
