K	K Andrews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Heartfelt thank you to Lisa Ayers at Hetherington & Deans who went above and beyond for our family when our mom passed away. She is a genuinely caring and kind person who brought a much needed calmness and compassion to four emotional daughters who just lost their mother. We're so grateful to Lisa for listening patiently to each of us (we inundated her with calls and messages) to make sure that our final goodbye to our mom was everything we wanted it to be. She also took care of our Dad when he passed away 18 mths ago... it was a bit of a difficult and unusual situation but Lisa managed to give our dad and his family a peaceful and lovely goodbye. She is a gracious and warm person (also very organized) and we are deeply thankful to her for getting us through a heartbreaking time twice. I also want to thank Marie Ayers for her thoughtfulness and kindness during both our mom and dads services.... she too went above and beyond in order to help make everything a little bit less painful. Thank you Hetherington and Deans for your excellent service!

Diana was a huge help the days leading up to the funeral and was ready and able to help with anything, including untangling my mom's necklace. The funeral was great, the chapel beautiful. Holly is very professional, but still personable in all dealings. Choices presented to us were most appropriate and presented in a clear manner. All questions were answered clearly. Holly looked after us every step of they way, adjusting to changes from the original plan and connecting me with the perfect Minister after listening to my Aunt's story and my own wishes. Holly even wore pink for the service, something I'd asked attendees to do to honour my Aunt's love of all things pink. I was treated with kindness, compassion, and care throughout the whole process. The funeral was everything I'd hoped it would be for my Aunt, a true celebration of her life. In the days following the funeral, Kelly looked after all the government paperwork, cancelling things like her passport, healthcard etc. It took all the work and stress involved away from me. I highly recommend Hetherington & Deans for all your funeral needs.
