I would like to thank Krystal and her team for making this part of the funeral process as easy as possible. Everyone at Essential Cremation were very professional and I would highly recommend their services. If anyone has not been through this process before it can be a extremely stressful time with planning arrangements and finalizing paperwork. Krystal and her team looked after all this and provided after care services to make sure that required documentation was filed with all the required organizations.

Beyond 5 stars. In our time of mourning Krystal, Nicola and the entire Essentials team was compassionate and beyond accommodating through the whole process. Unbelievably accommodating. They were reachable and responsive literally all hours of the night, weekends and even Christmas Day. You will simply not find better service elsewhere. My experience with Essential Cremation and Burial Services has been outstanding. Krystal was very passionate and efficient. From the moment she picked up the phone to beginning the process to the final steps. She assisted me making this more of a celebration of my father's life with honoring the upmost care and compassion. Losing someone is not easy, especially when they had to journey back home. Krystal and her crew allowed me to enjoy my last moments with him comfortably. Thank you very much for everything.

After visiting a Funeral home in the area, we ran across Essentials C&B. From the second we walked in, we felt at ease. We were greeted by Hannah which seemed very compassionate, caring and kind. Her willingness to accommodate many of our wishes, during these times, was truly outstanding... And believe me, we are a difficult family to deal with! A death is a very difficult to handle especially if it's your first. My family and I didn't know where to start so I called several funeral home. When I contacted Essentials Cremation and Burial Services I know this was the place to take care of our grandma burial. My Funeral Director was Crystal Cameron and she was amazing! We cannot thank her enough what she and her team has done for me and my family in the whole process. She's very detailed, patient, respectful, understanding and accommodating. She exceeded all our expectations. Her team guided us thru the process all the way. Because of this excellent service, and unforgettable experience, we all have decided to do pre-planned with Essentials Cremation and Burial Services.I highly recommend this place100%. Comments re services from Essentials Cremation We had gone about 10 years ago to explore funeral packages, after we had purchased our plots . It seemed that a relationship was less important than the marketing aspect of the transaction so we made no commitments. On the Thursday Cathy who works at Essentials stopped by with a card and treats. I had wanted to reach out to her as I knew she could give me some insights into questions I had. Before leaving she provided me with a phone number suggesting I call after 10 the next day. On Friday I reached out and started the conversation with Krystal. I talked to her about my vision of a funeral for my husband and she could commit to everything I described. Little did I know in 2 hrs I would be called to the hospital to say our final goodbyes to my husband . It was comforting to have the name of a funeral home to refer them to. We met later with Krystal at the business to make final arrangements. She was thorough outlining fees process of events and options how we could best honor my husband. Then we started on the obituary to be placed in the local paper. She has the ability to listen and create a tribute for your loved one. I have had so many positive comments on this however I can’t take credit for it. Every aspect of the funeral was handled with care and professionalism. Krystal had made me aware of a personal commitment the day of the funeral but assured me in her absence her team was able to perform everything. One of her other directors Crystal steped in and Iit was seamless! I am so glad we found Essentials and highly recommend to anyone needing their service. We had a full burial with casket. We were able to go through a catalogue and pick a casket from a number of selections all reasonably priced and I was extremely happy with my selection both in quality and appearance. They seem to know how to add many personal touches. They provided me with a large picture taken from the obituary to have on our table for visitation but also when I opened the guest book they had placed a smaller picture in the front cover. They are flexible and can accommodate and arrange flowers , programs or bookmarks. They really are a full service funeral home with a price much less than other funeral homes. Because they don’t have a huge building to accommodate larger groups their prices are reflective. For us our wish was to have visitation and service at our church. This option was handled with no issues. I was so pleased with Essentials from the first call to our final after care appointment that I have completed one of the prepaid packages for myself. This funeral home certainty knows how to make things easier for you when you are at your lowest. I highly recommend Essentials as they can help you through a very difficult time.

Essential's were amazing through this difficult time in my life. Crystal Cameron was amazing. Very caring, informative and down to earth. This funeral was so personal and down to earth. I am getting nothing but compliments about the send off for my wife at Essentials. Essentials make you feel part of the family and answered questions very quickly via email. Thank you again Essentials. You made it comforting for me.
