β β β β β Our family had never gone through this before and Alex from Glen Haven made our experience so comforting. From my first phone call speaking to Thomas my grief and sorrow was treated with great respect and dignity. Our service was only for 9 of our family members, but when we walked in to Glen Haven so much care was taken that we felt hundreds of people were to attend. We were able to say our final goodbyes to our dearly loved brother in a place that treated him with respect and dignity. We thank Alex and the team that took care of him from the bottom of our hearts.

β β β β β I met with Alex to make arrangements for my motherβs service back in January. I cannot say enough about my dealings with Alex. Alex was caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step with me. He also added special touches at the service which I did not think of. Alex went above and beyond in assisting me, always quick to return phone calls or emails. Glenhaven Chapel and facilities are exemplary. Top notch. Family members and friends commented how beautiful the service was. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and Glenhaven to family and friends.

β β β β β Adam Mckenzie, Funeral Director, with Glenahven Memorial Chapel, made the most difficult and painful situation, go as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. Adam took excellent care of our loved one. I had to make all of the arrangements from another city and province. It was not easy but I wouldnβt trust anyone else like I do Adam, at Glenhaven Memorial. You can trust them to take great care and treat your loved one like family. β β β β β My brother passed away in Vancouver. I and my family are from Saskatchewan. We traveled here to BC and our first contact was Adam. He never communicated with our family and made us wait 4 days before saying sorry he was on days off!
We never got a meeting to discuss arrangements or make any decisions before being told our bill was 8000 to 9000.
We still haven't had a meeting but we have an enormous bill..
Your staff really took.advantage of my family during a very sacred time. I will continue to leave reviews so indigenous people know not to use your services..

He answered all my questions attentively and quickly. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. The overall level of professionalism displayed by the entire staff was exceptional.
