β β β β β Great food. But service wasnβt great cause they forgot our order twice. We kept following up our order and they kept saying 10min. But never came. 30min after they said it wasnβt made yet.

β β β β β HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LONG WAIT TIME FOR FOOD -
First off itβs Motherβs Day and the restaurant isnβt busy so I guess that says alot about the place already . We had a bad experience a couple years ago where it took forever for the food to come . They ran out of rice and we waited 1 hour for the rice and the dishes couldnβt of came any slower 45 mins later our first dish comes . The waiter was also rude to us when we asked . After this experience we never came back .
We thought we would give this place the benefit of the doubt so we decided to give it another try and that was such a BAD IDEA.
We made reservations ahead of time so My dad went in to check in our reservation and when I finally got all my kids out of the car he was still waiting for someone to acknowledge him .
Finally we were seated but again no one alknowlege us at the table even after 15 mins of being seated . No one even brought tea like how the other restaurants normally do . We informed the waiter we are ready to order and she told us to wait she will help someone eles first . We saw a Waiter that was free and was setting up the empty tables and when asked if she could take our order she said to wait for the other lady rudely . I mean I guess setting up the empty table is more important than helping the customers who are there . * sarcasm
Itβs one thing to not acknowledge a customer but itβs another thing to be rude . We tried to give it another try but there is no way I will ever come back again . AVOID THIS PLACE unless you donβt mind waiting a long time for your food and horrible service .

β β β β β A little bit pricey but the cooking quality is there. In Chinese, the food is ε€ ιζ°£. And the ingredients are better than many other places. Look at the size of those shrimps! They were fresh and η½. Sufficient parking as well.

β β β β β The restaurant was quite cold, so all of us wore our jackets until we requested to have their one heater put near our table. Customer service could improve - communication was lacking considering we were not greeted or asked if we wanted anything to drink or offered water at the beginning. Many food items were unavailable. The food that we ordered was tasty though!

β β β β β My work colleague and I tried this place out on a hunch after seeing it on our way to a nearby coworking place. My god, was I ever glad I followed my hunch. The food was EXCELLENT.
The green beans with minced pork, the hot and sour soup and the fried squid - all excellent. I'm going to be coming back again soon.
The patrons also seem to know their regulars well and spend time laughing with them - which is nice to see. A really nice environment. Doesn't look like much from the outside but it is clean and lovely inside.

β β β β β Reduce reuse and recycle lol. They literally don't change the table cloth in-between dining customers. Literally got seated to a table which looked "set up" but a closer look revealed all the stains from the previous diners. Pretty sure these table cloths are like a one time use thing....I witnessed the server just spraying it down and wiping the table with some cloth.
If you're looking for a clean hygienic place...this isn't really the place for you. The restaurant definitely needs a reno and deep cleaning.
We've ordered dimsum here...not bad I would rate it 3/5. Definitely have had better dim sum elsewhere....
Would I come back again?
Probably not. So turned off by the dirty plates, utensils and the table linen.
Maybe try their take out option! 20% off.

β β β β β Decent food at decent prices with generous portions. They usually βcompβ us the baked tapioca pudding dessert, which I find is a nice touch at the end of our multi-course family meal. The fried black cod in Maggie sauce was a favourite as was the salted paper-wrapped roasted crispy chicken. Pea shoots in superior broth with roasted garlic was also a good veggie dish. The live seafood prices were fair and I enjoyed the fresh crab in green onion and ginger sauce which was very meaty. Weβve been coming here regularly with my extended family for a long time due to its consistency, fair prices, and decent size dishes.
