I bought a car from them after a week I spent almost $4000 on the car , they promised to give me part payment, which were all lies , they stopped taking my calls and also came rude !! I have reported them to VSA , such business should be closed!!!!

They offered to get me snow tires the price was good so I paid for it issue is I never got snow tires and when I asked for the money back they started ignoring me. Anyways I have reported them to BBB Do not give them money they will scam you.

The salesperson, Matthew, was very informative on the details of the car and helped me get a 1 year warranty as well. I appreciated the help, since I don’t know much about cars and finance. A week ago I had mechanic issue with the car then I went back to them and spoke to Matthew, he asked me to leave it there and he said will call me after they check it out, even though I didn't get warranty when I purchased the vehicle. After one day, he called me to pick it up, I went there they didn't charge me any penny which my own mechanic was going to charge me over $500. I'm very happy with the service and the way they treated me. I recommend to all my friends.
D	David Donaldson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should be VERY careful buying a car from these guys. I bought an Audi Q7 3.0T a year ago. After the 3 month (90 day) return policy, the transfer case seal failed and the engine seals began to leak badly on to the exhaust. The intake manifold runners went. The radiator hoses became brittle and cracked. The transmission and shock absorbers started to go after 6 months. Here’s how they get YOU - they offer you a 1 year warranty ‘AvantaGuard’, however you can never use it due to their ‘terms and conditions’. You’ll find you’ll be frustrated dealing with these after-market warranty people. Always get a THOROUGH mechanical inspection before purchase. The salesman Sultan, is a snake - he did not meet the conditions of sale. He avoided calls, msgs, and was ‘always unavailable’ at the dealership when I followed up. I would NOT recommend Lucky Star Auto AT ALL !!!
