Friendly staff that go the extra mile,

Very helpful and friendly service always concerned about drug reaction with each other with my intake . Have been with them for years now.

One of the WORST pharmacies I have been to. Went on and off for years and there was ALWAYS an issue 9/10 times. Would routinely tell me it would be 30-40 mins for my prescription, only to then say they “are out and need to order it in” when I would return, which could take DAYS. Funny because elsewhere they have it in the next day when needed to order in, and they can see on the system as to not give false information. It not that, they say they need to “call my doctor to confirm the prescription” even for meds I have taken before! This can take a WEEK for no good reason. Meanwhile, I am left without my meds that I need to function. In addition, they do NOT call when the prescription is ready for days, when I made it extremely clear to call once complete. When I ask if it is ready they act like they don’t know what’s going on or pretend to have forgotten to call. Another absurdity is that they refuse to give me early refills for meds that do NOT indicate no early refills, so I literally have to go the DAY I run out to pick it up - not a day or two before which is a big inconvenience. Last time I specifically asked for my 60 day refill to be filled all at once (to avoid the hassle of dealing with them in 30 days) and they gave me less than a month then claimed I never had the 60 days, forcing me to go back to my doctor for a redunded script. So they are not only incompetent, but liars. Furthermore, the rude staff are very condescending and unapologetic when I bring up the fact they make constant mistakes more often than not. In closing this pharmacy is a disgrace and unacceptable, with poor management and useless service.

Good customer service

They never have meds in stock. Despite telling them I need refills they either don't have it so hurry up and wait. I guess i can go elsewhere as I haven't seen any change in 10 years.
