★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not give them your email. They will ask for all your personal info and cannot purchase shoes without it??? Then they will send you spam. Seriously why do I need to give out my info when buying shoes. Imagine going to the grocery store and them asking for your info

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices, but I had two separate conversations about not using my personal details to sign me up for spam emails, told I couldn't complete the purchase without the details... recieved 2 emails about being a VIP member before I even left the store. Poor customer service, wont return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager today (May 30th, 2022 at 1pm) was so helpful. Interacted with me right away and pointed me to the dress shoes I was looking for, and asked me if I needed anything and helped me with questions. Thank you!!!! Although they didn't have the exact shoe I was looking for, I found a pair at the other Burnaby location. Thank you :) great customer service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought couple of pairs of socks , went to return. I didn't use those socks at all . There was a supervisor Andy so lazy to deal with the situation and don't know how to do her job. I appreciate the dash associate who went extra miles to resolve my situation and helped me. The manager to whom he spoke was understanding too but the lady has only attitude but no work ethics.
