Extraordinary delivery of a wonderful job done delivered in a timely manner! Great care and detail goes into the work you pay for. Shane is a wonderful guy who doesn’t disappoint. Shoe Shine Shack is one of Edmonton’s best kept secrets that everyone should experience at least once!!!

Shane took into consideration the initial price of the shoes when recommending what service would be best to clean them. I appreciate any business that is looking to truly support their customers instead of gouge them through recommending pricey, unnecessary services. My shoes came out looking better than expected and the price to get them there was more than reasonable. They also threw in new laces and painted the outsole of the shoes for free. Definitely coming back and would 10/10 recommend the Shoe Shine Shack to anyone looking to get their shoes cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had spilled engine oil somehow ONLY on my brand new pair of suede boots. As you can see from the photo, this is the hardest stain to remove from anything. from the moment I took these beauties to the boys at Shoe Shine they treated them as if they were theyre own boots. After a couple attempts at washing them we unfortunately had to dye them a darker colour to hide the stain. I was hessatent at first as I got them due to the colour but when I got them back they actually look 100x better! These guys are probably the best in the besuiness. Highly recommend this guys for all your shoe/boot needs and they are actually a fordable and explain everything up front prior to taking any sort of payment.

Shane and his team took tremendous care with my shoes to ensure they were cleaned and protected from the elements, and gave them back to me gleaming. Not only that, Shane personally walked me through each step of his process and took the time to explain what effect each of the fine, high-quality products he used was meant to achieve. The care that Shane and his team show toward their customers and their footwear (among other items they're able to spruce up) is unmatched and I would trust The Shoe Shine Shack with any other future touch-ups. I'll certainly be back.

IMO this place is the best in Edmonton, Fast Efficient,Friendly and Inexpensive, very Good Work and very Great Service. the dedication Shane and his team puts in is unmatched 12/10 . . . . . .
I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their Shoes/Sneakers cleaned.
