I was on the search for a salon which carried Aveda products and since Shirley was most welcoming during my initial phone call, I thought I would set-up an appointment with her. After my first visit to Shirleyβs Hair Design, I was happy that I finally found my salon! She was worth the drive out from Surrey to Kerrisdale. Shirley was most hospitable and treated me like a special guest. I can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She truly is talented! She takes her time with me and ensures she does a great job. She never makes me feel as though she is rushed even when she is with others. If she happens to miss my call, she will make the effort to reach out and connect with me. She also lets me know in advance when she will be away on vacation. She knows I wouldnβt trust my hair with anyone else! I highly recommend Shirley! She is talented yet humble. Her work speaks for itself!
