My first time in this hair salon. I was terrified because I want to grow my hair. Amber took care of me, and it was simply perfect! Congratulations!!!

I had originally booked for Julien, but due to the unforeseen booking system error, they suggested my haircut getting done by another stylist. I was quite disappointed since I made my reservation a month ago. However, the staff members were courteous and managed to squeeze me in for a haircut with Julien right before their closing hour. The haircut was amazing, but more importantly, staff members in this salon had some of the best customer service I've experienced. They were professional and apologetic - because of my long wait, they gave me a 15% DC! As a new Vancouverite, I was lucky enough to find my go-to stylist/hair salon so early and I could not be happier.

My ex always said how good Angela is and turn out thats the only trustable thing he ever said to me. I am impressed by her Korean magic....My hair looks sooo freaking cute 10/10 recommend

It was my first visit to the store in Kerrisdale on June 8, 2022. I was very disappointed in the unprofessional hair dresser. It was a simple hair cut, but turned out a terrible cut and blow ever. Now I am trying to find another store to fix the problem.

Amber did an amazing job dying my hair. She was super patient consulting with me about the color I wanted. Loved the result and would totally recommend!

I booked with Julien and he is a man of precision and great service. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I left it all up to him. Cut was wonderful and I got a down perm as well. Julien's customer service is A1. Would definitely come back.

I went for the first time after reading reviews and checking prices and services. I wasn’t able to book the stylist I’d read good reviews about, but decided to give Lu Bin a try. The reception was very friendly and attentive. There was no wait when I got there a few minutes early. My outer layers and bag were hung in a small locker and a plastic robe was put on me. Lu Bin only speaks Korean so Mandy, the receptionist, was there ready to translate. We spent a bit of time talking about the color and cut. It was satisfying how much care was taken with this important step. After the dye had its time, Lu Bin gave me a wash with a very nice head massage. Then came what I consider the crucial part…the cut. I wanted a short textured pixie cut that would give top volume without having to blow dry and set. After cutting a bit, she used the blow dryer - the air was cold - she realized this, too, as she kept feeling it to check, but kept using it anyway. After it went on and on, I told her how cold it was. It was time to stop anyway. Relieved that she continued cutting, I had hope that she would start texturing the top, but after some layering, she went and got a blow dryer that worked and started blowing again. In my mind, I was wondering if she wanted to achieve my volume request with the dryer alone and not the cut. Well, at the end, I had to ask Mandy to ask my stylist that very question and the answer was that my hair was too thin and that’s all she could do; if I wanted more volume, I’d need to blow dry, use curlers… I wish she had said so when we were consulting! So disappointed, I left a little thankful, at least, that I liked my color anyway.

I asked for hair style after my treatment, like a little bit wave on bottom because I have a shooting two hours later. My stylist refused me because her next client was waiting outside. The point is I was on time for my appointment but she was delayed by the previous appointment for half an hour. My hair wasn't even blow-dried because she was rushing into her next appointment. I paid $200+ and I didn’t even get my hair done which ruined my whole day. And also she did a hair cut for me which I didn’t ask for. I though it was for the styling later but no, that’s not. I guess it’s just because haircut cost extra $. I’m so disappointed with the service and won’t recommend this place.
