Plus, she is kind, caring, easy to talk to and hilarious, which totally helps especially when an electrolysis procedure isn't always the most comfortable thing to experience. She has a knack of taking your mind off of the uncomfortable and making you feel completely at ease. I've been going to her for almost two years and the results are impressive. I'm hair free in most areas with minimal hair growth in some areas. This is coming from a perfectionist who wants to get rid of every single hair. She charges fairly and only for the work she performs. For example, one appointment I was running late and it was completely my fault. Cheryl still only charged me for what she did. Highly recommended! Seamless on-line booking process! The list goes on. You won't be disappointed.

Moreover, I love her attitude towards her clients. She really does take care of her clients, and treats them with love and respect. Her method is gentle on my skin- I have never ever had my skin break out with pimples as with other places. My hair has definitely thinned out over a few months, and there has been no other damage done to my skin!! Cannot recommend her enough.

J	Josie H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here the past few months (including pre-Covid19) and seeing Linh for my treatments since day 1. She is absolutely AMAZING and my skin has never looked or felt this great in my life! She is both an absolute sweetheart and 100% clinically professional! I'm not gonna lie, electrolysis can be uncomfortable sometimes, but that's how you know its working! :). Linh's tips on pre and post appointment care are perfectly on point and greatly reduces discomfort. In regards to safety, I had no question on the clinics integrity for cleanliness when Covid Phase 2 restrictions allowed clinics to reopen. Its always been extremely sanitary, and they have now upped their game perfectly to stay within health orders. The clinic is always well stocked with hand sanitizer for clients when you enter; and masks/ face coverings are required in the waiting area/lobby as per regulations. Best of all, bookings are made so little "crossing of paths" with other clients occurs; which also allows staff time to safely sanitize the treatment rooms between appointments. I 110% recommend Kerrisdale Electrolysis.

I then to to reschedule online with a different lady - Olga? It let me book then when I showed up for my appointment - she told me I am not booked with her. showed it to her in my calendar and she was very confused. Then showed me an email that was sent to me - but which I never received informing me my appointment is cancelled. I showed her my inbox as well - no email regarding cancellation. I drove an hour to come during a workday only to be told she cannot take me. No phone call or txt from them. I asked if she can squeeze me in and she said no. Horrible experience. Updated to 3 stars as Linh did follow up with me afterwards and was sincerely apologetic but I won’t be returning.
