โ โ โ โ โ I had a pretty negative experience in the store on May 28th at around 5:30 - 6:00 PM PST. I couldn't see any napkins in the store, so I asked the girl with dyed hair in the front if I could have some. She reached out somewhere and I assumed she was grabbing some napkins so I waited. But she was actually trying to point at the napkins, even though I couldn't see her fingers from my perspective. She seemed to get irritated after half a minute and said loudly "here", "here" impatiently like I was a dog. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier or not, but usually you should use your words to say where the napkins are if people ask you. Some customers can be visually impaired and might need guidance. At any rate, I wanted to share this observation so that employees in the store can know in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a panda milk tea, wonโt come again. The flavor for both the milk tea and the bobas is not enough. Overall is below average.
1 star to the owners response.
I assume the panda milk tea is the stores best seller or special, and the store couldnโt even make it outstanding.

โ โ โ โ โ I tried Shiny Tea on a whim today as I was leaving the mall - it looked busy so why not! I had the brown sugar milk tea, less ice. It was really good! The man that made it took the time to spread the syrup around the cup and took pride in crafting the perfect drink. The taste was a light tea flavour with brown sugar - great for me as Iโm not a huge tea drinker. The pearls were good, although I prefer mine to be more sweet, but not many bbt places make them sweet to my taste. I will be back in the future!

โ โ โ โ โ This place often has a line up especially in the afternoon. They serve up some good bubble teas but they often run out of the regular pearls (at least during my visits). I like their small seating area and cute bear displays.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent bubble tea place. Good boba, nice atmosphere, but nothing too overwhelming. I tried the Panda Milk Tea which was nice and I loved all the plushy pandas around the store.

โ โ โ โ โ I am always in for a drink when I see these "boba" drink places. This chain did not disappoint. Got my drink on with just enough sweetness along with my flavored tea. Good stuff there!

โ โ โ โ โ I tried the mango green tea with pearls along with the mango cheesecake (it was delicious!). My order was ready in 5 minutes. The employees were really nice and helpful (especially the lady who was working on May 31st around 7pm โ I didnโt catch her name)! I also loved all the plush pandas displayed in the store. Super cute!
