โ โ โ โ โ I love this place and their crema tea. This place is very cozy and taste very good. I also found a Groupon deal which is 3x $5 vouchers for only $9 in total. Definitely check out this place if you like creama tea

Zero customer service
Super rude attitude
No one is really making your tea (I placed order using app) unless you go find them and ask why.
There is no apology , they Always excuse always behaved like customer owe him money!
Never ever going back to this place if they donโt care and respect their customer then Iโm not going back .
If you want waste your time and see arrogant face then donโt bother my comment!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Large space but not many seating to sit, very small choices of coffee, mostly tea. Tea are creative comes with hot and cold. The stuff are friendly and assertive. Can be paid with cards or cash. Mostly Chinese tea so half of the menu are sweet. Wifi available, I think it would be better with more starting since they do have enough space.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered pickup from here as they were having a special discount and figured it'd be as good a time as any to try it out for the first time. I've tried a lot of bubble teas in my time and this was one of the most disappointing. I ordered the Strawberry Q Green Tea and the Rose Milk Tea. The Strawberry Q Green tea was absolutely flavorless, basically drinking off water with some lychee jellies at the bottom. The rose milk tea was also not that good, though slightly better as it had some flavor to it. The store ran out of pearls too! They were nice enough about letting me know and reimbursed me the cost of the pearls thereafter, but for a bubble tea place to run out of pearls... it's pretty unfortunate. I'll say the place definitely had a nice atmosphere to it and the staff were friendly enough, but with so many options for bubble tea in Richmond, I won't be returning to this place any time soon.

โ โ โ โ โ Was quite happy with my drink. It wasn't too sweet and it wasn't too strong. The pearls are soft but chewy which is quite nice. The interior is clean and the environment is something I don't see quite often. Definitely will be coming back.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here as I heard a lot of good things about this place. The atmosphere is nice and there are plenty of tables to sit. I enjoyed my tea. Would come back here again and try the other teas.
