★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing store, incredibly friendly people working. readily available to help out and bring a smile to your face! Also very neat, clean and organized. Incredibly important to have a solid order to thrift stores and they totally are nailing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found they increased the prices a bit too high for a thrift store that doesn't pay anything for their products and receives tax shelters and most employees are also unpaid volunteers. When a thrift store charges more now than the original tags on the merchandise after getting it for nothing I lose interest in returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is a lil gem! Not a big as others I've been to but they have a nice selection with some name brands. Three changes rooms are more then enough as few know of this location. Come, take a look and find a sweet treasures.

Over stocked can't even skim through a rack so full of clothing, never sold probably because of the unfair way the price and hold their sales ex on days of a green tag being deemed 50% off you won't find any green tags in fact the way the regulate it is opposite of a business trying to sell get rid of stock,. If I purchase try to purchase a pair of pants that is supposed to be 50% off I'll tell the cashier and instead of just waving it she'll take it back and let me pass on the item as if she makes profits personally for that item as if the main motive isn't to give to the needy you know how to help out people that are in need etc it's now pure profit mongoling that's sad they lost the meaning of Goodwill" and it's entirety and what that franchise means represents and the way it was managed and run for public benefit not for personal Petty mundane issues that these individual old managerial type women taking the idea of my overall feeling and perception of the franchise and turning it completely down and then that has bothered me so much so that I'm actively doing what I can to talk to the right people to correct this also this location hates children and if you have one walking around with you you'll be asked to leave they don't like happiness or laughter either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Edmonton but willingly make the trek to this Goodwill in Sherwood Park. It's a small store, but I always find unique and interesting clothing here. Lots of stock to choose from. Never very busy so it's a calm browsing experience. Friendly staff who are easy to talk to. I've found a few cool housewares here, too. My only complaint, and this is about every Goodwill, is that the books are now organized by the day of the week they came into the store, which makes it really hard to browse. I understand why they can't be in exact alphabetical order (hard to maintain), but even if they were grouped by A, B, C, etc., that would be much nicer.
