★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a customer at this Shell until yesterday. I have three dogs and have with permission used their outside water faucet to fill up a bigger water jug. Someone came outside yesterday and berated me, took pictures of my vehicle and told me that they were going to call the police. Bad service. I have 3 vehicles, an RV and boat that I will not be returning with ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refuse to setup their wireless shell app system, forcing customers to have to touch the buttons and enter their credit card manually or go inside to pay. We’re in a pandemic, the less handling and exposure the better - so why don’t they ever set this up? I’ve been to other even older shell stations where this system is working, so what’s the difference here? Customers are also missing out on extra airmiles opportunities because of this too. Figure it out guys.
I went inside finally to inquire and the guy said they don’t offer that service - but seemed confused as to what I was even talking about. On top of that, they’re posting hand written notes on the gas pumps encouraging people to buy their homemade food (samosas and such), is this even allowed? Are food safe practices being enforced? Seems weird that a corporate gas station is allowing a side hustle to advertise and operate right off their gas pumps.
