★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled upon Florence by pure luck and we are so glad we did! As we were planning our big cross-provinces move, from Quebec to BC, we realized how complicated it was to visit and buy a house without being physically there.
Well, Florence has been THE Bridge! The most reliable and helpful bridge we have ever known Haha.
She has done everything to help out; calls, virtual visits, signatures, inquiries, more calls, quotes, EVERYTHING until the day we finally arrived, exhausted of our 4-day-4000 km drive through Canada; we had finally crossed the bridge. Papers had been virtually signed, all our possessions with us; we had cross over and made our dreams a reality.
With Florence’s (big, big, biiig) help, we made a new home here. And as we arrived, there she was, still helping and cleaning the place for us :)

Out of all the realtors she was the most responsive, and took the time to gather information and take us around the area which resulted in us putting an offer into land. Flo went above and beyond what was expected even showing us local gems, and sitting down with us for lunch. She is professional, honest, personable and all around an amazing real estate agent. I would highly reccomend her to anyone!!!
