★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest thing that bugs me about PropertyGuys is the misleading photos that they tamper with to make a house or property look way better than it actually is.
Funny thing is they actually think that a prospective buyer will not see the deception when they visit the property. Once you've been mislead by someone, are you going to then trust them and do further business with them? I'm not. My suggestion for PropertyGuys is tone back on the contrast photoshopping feature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essentially paid 7K to get an ad posted (not even mls, even though I submitted the info they asked for but never received an email from mls saying propertyguys submitted it) and to get ignored with every text and call I made. Spend the extra money and get a realtor, propertyguys will take your money and forget you exist.

They came out to our place and talked us through the entire process of how to sell our home, took all the photos and made a great video. Their website is easy to use and we enjoyed having control, talking with buyers and showing our home was a concern at first, but we really liked being able to see who bought our home and show them around. Propertyguys.com don't charge commission, just one listing fee so we save thousands of dollars selling our home with them. They were also really helpful when we had questions. I would recommend any homeowner sells with them, we had a great experience and would definitely use them again.

With their advise we were able to rent back our home from the Buyers until our new home is built. Their assistance in pricing was very much appreciated and we loved the quality of the pictures. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
