★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like the last 3-4 times me and my husband have seen her, the quality of her work has gone down. On her website you pick an amount of time to be massaged for. We always get the 60 minutes of massage .( She used to adhere to this.) not always together or one after another either.
It seems now though, that the massage always ends 5-10 minutes sooner than what we are paying for. (We started feeling ripped off, so we started timing from the time we got there to the time we left and we were in and out before an hour was even over, we have also always tipped well) . That includes the time she spends getting ready while we are there already waiting for her to start. We always arrive 5 minutes before our appointment and we are already out the door before our hour of time that we are paying for ends. Whats the point in asking if we want more pressure and we say yes and then you don’t put more pressure.
Just don’t ask if you cant deliver.
Maybe she should just take massages off her list of things she can do . It seems she doesn’t care about the quality she delivers anywaysi anymore.
We will never book with her again, whats the point ? You don’t get what your paying for anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ella is such an angel! She is so talented at everything she does. I’ve gone to her for several different services and I’ve always been so impressed. I’m also in the beauty industry so I’m very picky about who I will go to. She’s always kind and professional.
I also have tried her energy healing called “reiki” and it was a beautiful experience. I healed so much and she cleared some negative energy from me. I felt amazing the following day and I was glowing.
I love her beautiful spa location!
