★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best parts stores I have been to. I ordered a muffler for my grandpas car and it didnt come in there mistake. Hes 93 so a pain for him to go to the store. So they got him one from trail and delivered it his house. Talk about service keep it up thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for parts today in your establishment, the staff is usually very helpful. Not the case this time. Older long haired gentleman in the back right refused to help source parts without a part number said it would take to long....there wasn’t even another customer in the store. Least helpful parts man I’ve come across, hopefully he treats other customers with more respect.

I was the only customer in the store and when I asked for items was told "I don't know but if we do it is over there. 3 staff but none would come to show me which area the items would be. I have never had such terrible customer service. Trail store staff is so much better in every way.
