★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an inspection on October 11th 2019 at 2pm, and we sat waiting, only car in there, for a good ten minutes before someone came out to help us. He was rude too. I brought my uncle with me to the appointment (he was not there when the accident happened), and the adjuster kept looking at my uncle and asking him the questions about my car and the accident and not even acknowledging me after my uncle said several times I wasn’t there I don’t know ask her. I also blatantly watched the adjuster snap a piece of plastic by the clip to hold my hood shut, and shove his flash light down there. It was not previously broken at all until he snapped it to shove his flashlight in there.
