β β β β β Horrible service, I can't believe I used to support keeping these crowns, but now that I've been through the process with people who are too dumb to even know what a hit and run is, telling me that I apparently knocked my own bumper off, I cannot wait for these crowns to be sold off to a company that knows what the hell its doing! Screw SGI, good riddance you idiots.

β β β β β No one really wants to go here. It means you got in a accident and you have to argue with them about how much your vehicle is worth to get them to fix it or to pay you out. But I am thankful that they exist and we have insurance!

β β β β β Helpful and friendly as always. Something not right with the air quality in the building. It's been at least 2 years since I was here last and it was never like this before. I'm sensitive to dusts and molds and the minute I walked in I could smell it. Is it dusty air ducts or clogged air filter or moldy air conditioner? Did they have a flood or leaking roof? I don't automatically think every place has mold, all I have to do is sit and wait and see if my body reacts, and then see if it clears up when I leave. Well my eyes got sore, my throat started burning and my sinus' started swelling. When I left everything cleared up within 20 minutes. I'd suggest if u have bad allergies to not spend at lot of time here.

β β β β β Theres a lady work here name Kim Allen as a claim adjuster changed the first report from the other guy who did it so she can take out my 6 points on my SDR. She is terrible adjuster. I dont recommend to anyone to go here

β β β β β Although they assessed my vehicle quickly, I have not heard back on what my settlement is, almost 2 weeks later. I emailed, stating that I understood that there's a huge amount of claims right now, but would like to know the progress of my claim. The adjuster could not even be bothered to reply.
